Mr Driver joined the Company in January 2003. Prior to joining the Company, he was with the National Australia Bank for 18 years in various roles covering business strategy, marketing, distribution, investor relations and business operations.

R Mark Freeman

Chief Investment Officer

Mr Freeman joined the Company in February 2007. He was a Partner with Goldman Sachs JBWere for five of the 12 years he was employed by them. His primary role during that time was assisting investment companies with their investment and dealing activities. As such he has a depth of knowledge and experience of the Company's investment approaches, policies and processes.

Simon M Pordage

Mr Pordage joined the Company in February 2009.  He has over 10 years company secretarial experience and was previously Deputy Company Secretary for Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Limited and prior to that was Head of Board Support for Barclays PLC in the UK.  He was the inaugural recipient of Chartered Secretaries Australia 'Young Governance Professional of the Year' award in 2007.  He is a member of CSA’s Victorian Council and a member of 2 of their national committees, the Legislation Review Committee and the Communication Committee. 

Andrew J B Porter

Mr Porter joined the Company in January 2005. He is a Chartered Accountant and has had over 16 years experience in accounting and financial management both in the United Kingdom with Andersen Consulting and Credit Suisse First Boston and in Australia where he was Regional Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of CSFB. He is a member of the User Focus Group of the Australian Accounting Standards Board.
